Spanish writer visits our school, 27 October 2017

Juan Kruz Igerabide Sarasola and his translator Barbara Pregelj enthralled the audience of 5 graders at our school. The students had an opportunity to learn Spanish language, they solved crossword puzzled, travelled to the Moon and back, and above all, they asked as many questions as they liked.

Special attention was drawn to his texts, translated into Slovene language (Jona in prestrašeni hladilnik, Jona je žalosten, Jonova budilka, Jona v stiski, Jona ima veliko težavo, Adijo, Jona, S prstom na luni, Sedem noči s Paulo).

30 Headmasters from SE Europe were also among the audience, as the event coincided with the 2nd Regional Headmasters’ Conference for SE Europe
